   After a couple of very disappointing appointments with well-known kitchen retailers, we stumbled across Norden Kitchens and the Gallery brand by Symphony when looking for bathroom fittings with Norden. On visiting their showroom, we were surprised by the quality and reasonable cost of their kitchens and the exceptional service we got from Hannah. She was responsive, creative, worked within our budget and nothing was ever too much trouble for her. Such a huge difference to what we had encountered elsewhere! Over the next few months, together we designed a kitchen which fitted our brief and budget exactly and, once installed, has exceeded our expectations. We can honestly say the whole process was a pleasure and we are delighted with our lovely kitchen. We would strongly recommend Norden Kitchens, the Symphony Gallery brand … and of course, the superb Hannah.

   We love our new kitchen and open living space designed and delivered by Norden Kitchens. We had just moved into our new house and were knocking through the kitchen and dinning rooms. We had an idea but Richard expertly helped bring it to life with some great ideas and designs. We felt well looked after through the entire process by everyone at Norden.    We recently had a new kitchen in our 1930 extended house designed and delivered by Norden Kitchens, and we couldn’t be happier with the entire experience. From the very first consultation, Hannah was friendly, professional, and genuinely interested in understanding what we wanted. She offered great design ideas and helped us make the most of our new space. Besides she was never “pushy” like some competitors, instead always patient and supportive, we always felt in the right hands. All furniture of our new Schüller kitchen and all appliances, mostly Neff, were delivered complete, in time as promised and convince by quality and design. A big thank you to Hannah and Norden kitchens. We’d highly recommend them for anyone looking for a top quality kitchen and exceptional customer service.

   We had previous experience of working with Norden’s bathroom team and decided to approach Norden Kitchens. We were not disappointed; from the moment we met Lotty she quickly and efficiently assessed our requirements and following a site visit came up with the design concept. Following a review, we finalised matters allowing orders to placed and the work to start on site. Whenever our contractor had a query, it was resolved promptly by Lotty, where components needed replacement, this was again completed quickly and efficiently. We are delighted without new kitchen in terms of layout, quality of finish and efficiency of use. We are happy to recommend Norden Kitchens Stuart and Jane Hawkes

   Lotty at Nordens Kitchens designed us a lovely new kitchen. She was very knowledgeable, friendly and efficient. We much appreciated her help in planning the kitchen and in resolving the inevitable issues that arose during fitting. The cabinets are made by Symphony and are excellent quality. Very satisfied.

   We had a really great experience from start to finish. Lotty was brilliant and took the time to listen and design to our requirements. She also did a couple of site visits. The result was a kitchen and utility area which we are delighted with. The was one slight mishap with the order, which was more our fault than anything. Norden fixed it with no fuss and i know that if we had gone with one of the larger less personable kitchen companies, they would have not been so accommodating. Thoroughly recommend.

Doug has been so helpful all the way through the process, dealing with queries and issues efficiently as they arise, and going out of his way to make sure the kitchen is finished to a high standard.    We used Norden Kitchens to design and install a new kitchen and bar in an extended section of our 1920s house in Epsom. Norden provided all appliances, cupboards, splash back and flooring. Their service throughout was professional, creative, tasteful and responsive. Lotty was our main contact from start to finish; she was always attentive, had good attention to detail and was always available both at the end of the phone and in person to offer advice and find solutions and the best way forward. Ian from Norden Tiles has supplied us with many tiles on a number of kitchen and bathroom projects and it was great to work with him again. Like Lotty, he knows our taste, and offers an efficient and professional service, always going the extra mile. Doug was also happy to support at each stage of the project and personally designed and made the copper piping to display glasses in our bar. We would wholeheartedly recommend Norden’s, and are delighted with our elegant kitchen and sumptuous bar, which many friends have commented has a feel of a boutique hotel.
