   I would not advise dealing with this company through their website. We orderd goods which never arrrived. We called and were promised resolutions that did not take place. They then stopped answering the phone and would not communicate. We escalated to Paypal to resolve the issue. Also, the possitive reveiws on Viss Tools are fake are they are from friends and staff members.

   Recently ordered something from viss tools through manomano. When the item arrived it was not as described so returned to viss through dpd. STILL WAITING FOR REFUND !!!!! They don't even bother replying to emails . Obviously just a scam outfit ..AVOID.

   DO NOT DEAL WITH THEM ! ! ! BE WARNED ! ! ! I ordered two separate lots and was promised delivery in a window, both deliveries are still not here after being 11 days late and I cannot get in contact with anyone.. I have called 32 times and no one ever picks up, I cannot get a refund or my products and have had to order them elsewhere and go to the bank to claim my money back. THEY ARE SHOCKING, AND I BELIVE TAKE MONEY FRAUDULENTLY. STAY WELL AWAY AND GO TO A REPUTABLE FIRM - I GOT TO THESE FROM MANOMANO WHO ALSO WASHED THIER HANDS OF ALL RESPONSIBILITY

   Ordered from this company through ManoMano was supposed to have delivered my item between 9th-11th February with Evri. Have a tracking number and Evri are still waiting for the item. This company should be made to repay my money and be invested for fraud. Have emailed ManoMano they are not interested and told me to contact the company, have tried numerous times to no avail.

   Scammers !! Stay away from this company !!!! Bought few items never heart from them and order status has been updated to “COMPLETED” on their page !!! PayPal got involved !

   I ordered some plastic storage boxes from them, they sent the wrong ones, I asked them to send the correct ones. Turns out they don't have any, so I asked for a refund and to send the boxes back to them. A month later and I've had to chase up multiple times to try to get a refund with still no luck. Would not recommend.

   I live in south east Northumberland and I’ve used this company three times now. They have a comprehensive web site where multi-purchases are on offer alongside single-purchase options. From ordering online to delivery has never been more than three days. I’m aware that DPD have their naysayers but I haven’t had a pick of bother with them as couriers. Communication from them is good and informative re delivery times. The products from Viss (which are all in my loft) are excellent products. When you first use a company online there’s always a tendency to wonder about what might/can go wrong but Viss have been spot-on. The merchandise is very good quality. I have no hesitation in recommending them. Five stars.
