What a lovely surprise to find a decent coffee shop in The Strand. My flat white was just right. Plenty of seating and lots of food options, the cakes look amazing. Bootle needs more places like this! :)

The staff were exceptional—friendly, attentive, and genuinely passionate about their craft. Our server went above and beyond to ensure we felt welcomed, offering thoughtful recommendations and checking in just enough to make us feel cared for without being intrusive. Now, let’s talk about the food—pure perfection! The menu was a delightful mix of classic comfort dishes and innovative creations, all made with fresh, high-quality ingredients. I savored every bite of their [signature dish], which was bursting with flavor and beautifully presented. The coffee was a standout, too—rich, aromatic, and brewed to perfection, it was easily one of the best cups I’ve ever had.
Great coffee but a little on the expensive side in my opinion. Large Cappuccino was £4.30. It was very tasty though, and piping hot. The staff here are lovely, happy and smiley and extremely helpful. The place was clean enough, although the floors could have done with a hoovering. All in all, it was quite nice.
The customer service is very poor specially the black short hair middle age,she schouted at me when I was going to the toilet that I could not use, I am disabled woman walking very slowly as I saw the sign very late, she could have come to me and tell me don't use the toilet. She didn't had to scream over the whole coffeeshop saying not to use the toilet, as diabled woman I got very embarrassed. I didn't say anything and walked back to my seat. She also kicked us out 20min early from the coffeeshop. She is mentally not stable and its not my first time in this coffeeshop I have witnessed with other customers, she has been very rude.
Must say love the place and the staff friendly and helpful best cup if tea in bootle real leaf tea in a proper teapot and cup my husband says best coffee ever praise indeed coming from him keep up the good work guys and ladies
Where do I start……..The staff need in-depth customer service training, this is the second time I’ve been here, the first time I had the woman with the short hair say “urgh you not a vegan are you” because I asked for a milk alternative. The second time was this morning with my little lad & his mum, the two younger staff (Young lad & female) are a farce. As they where doing my drink I could see & hear them laughing because I wanted something other than Milk, the young woman then looked at my sons mum and started sniggering, I’m guessing this was because she was brightly dressed. They only stopped because they realised I was watching. And then to top it off they started ridiculing people who where walking past the shop, commenting on what they were wearing.
Went here with my daughter on November 1st . Customer service was NIL , politeness NIL , staff were rude shoo was filthy all three members of staff were on their phones when there was food all over the floor , tables were dirty . We did not get Please or Thankyou . DUSGUSTING
