   Absolutely shocking order. Ordered via ubereats. Missing items, nothing looked how it should it was cold. There was more fat than bacon. the store was closed time we recieved it so we couldn't call. Uber refuses to refund or do anything about it. Won't order from here again.

   We walked in to this cafe with my family for some breakfast to start with the tables were really dirty and sticky we had to clean them ourselfs than waited nearly 40 minutes for a coffee and when it came out it was cold and the ugliest thing I have ever tasted the breakfast came out the bacon looked like it wasn’t even cooked whatsoever and we were waiting nearly an hour for it so they had plenty time to cook it why was it still raw? The black pudding was also raw so they even know how to cook a breakfast and when we said something to the manager or whoever she was she got really rude and abusive definitely don’t recommend this place really bad food and rude service I wouldn’t even give one star to this place

   Ordered on Uber eats and it came 40 minutes late food was nothing like described or like pics! My breakfast box did not contain all the items described and was £8 for literally 1 piece of bacon, 1 hash brown, 1 black pudding and a teaspoon of beans. Square sausage bagel had 1 1/2 normal thin sausages not 3x square sausages and no cheese? Which was stated Waste of money. Basically robbing people as they have not provided the service stated. Do not recommend do not waste your time and money! Didn’t even answer the phone when calling regarding where the order was

   The girl behind the food counter was screaming. For goodness sakes.. we were hungry, not deaf! Coffee mug was dirty, like someone had a nice egg sandwich and the yolk dried on it from the lips! Dining table was sticky, dirty. Food was stone cold. I mean… come on a grilled food cold?! The top of this all that was when a more scruffier man came out from the kitchen just before we finished our breakfast! Why?! Why and why!? The place was under ‘cleaning in process’ with a huge sign. I have a feeling that the sign is there 24/7 for their comfort. Nearly £20 is not cheap, and we might expect the highest quality of service and food. Sad to see how many of these businesses run everywhere with no consequences. NO. I don’t recommend this place for anyone who is looking for a nice meal or a good quality food for their money.

   When reviewing this cafe it was rated 1.9 out of 5 on Google reviews. I decided to try this place out to see if the reviews were actually true. Entering the cafe I was the only customer which worried me a little but I ordered a small breakfast and I sat inside. A review stated that I would be charged to sit inside the cafe which wasn’t the case that’s a ⭐️ My Coffee arrived and I am not lying it was one of the nicest coffees I’ve ever had that’s a⭐️ My breakfast came and everything was on my plate and cooked to good standard, that’s a ⭐️ Everything on my plate disappeared and I enjoyed every bite. 5 STARS!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

   If I could not give a star I wouldn't absolute shocking service. Waited nearly 40 mins for our breakfast to come out wasn't even busy there was me and my partner and another couple which we ordered before, when the food eventually came out half of it was stone cold asked for it to be done again and they put it in the microwave that was the last straw asked for my money back.
