   Sadly, a very poor overall experience with Howdens Wandsworth given I spent £20k with them. Lots of wrong materials delivered to the site, wrong hinges, damaged doors and a fridge that didn't work. Howdens forced me to deal with the fridge maker rather than own the problem themselves (company policy etc etc) which meant I had no fridge for 2 weeks. A shout out for Tim in Design, who is pompous and disengaged and should be sent out to pasture. Very surprised that a company that clearly has had some success, has such appalling service standards. I gave 2 stars as as least the kitchen looks nice. Only deal with this branch if you want a huge headache.

   Luke and his team at Howdens Wandsworth were recommended to us and they really did not disappoint. They designed the perfect kitchen and separate utility room for us; were patient throughout when we changed our minds and customer service was spot on during and after delivery of all goods. Highly recommend to anyone.

   I used Howdens Wandsworth Branch for my design and supply. The team was extremely helpful and supported my needs as it can be difficult making choices. They were patient and when I called I was provided with support. I took the Managers directive in terms of the design and he wanted to ensure I got exactly what i wanted. They ensured I got the best products and extremely cost effective. They are not there to just sell you a product as a business but to ensure customer satisfaction is paramount. A top manager with a top sales and delivery team. I thank Howdens for the service and support.
