Excellent service from Adam a real credit to Toolstation, we ended up buying almost £400 of items we would have spent elsewhere. We just on the off chance decided to pop in as it was a few doors away from Screwfix. It all depends on which staff member you can be dealing with ultimately.

I like to use the click and collect option but my last order didn't go well, I got a notification that my order was ready, but it wasn't there when I called at the store the following day, It was a complete waste of my time, so irritating. The staff said it was due to the postal strike and I believe them. Toolstation needs to have a notification system based on facts not wishful thinking!
This is my new go to place for DIY supplies. I went to the Branch in Aston to pick up some hinges because I found the best prices at Toolstation. The branch was out of stock. The assistant found some stock in the Perry bar branch and phoned the branch to make sure they had the stock. When I arrived the assistant had put the hinges aside for me. I was told that they were around 10% cheaper than their nearest better known competitor. Cheaper or not for the quality of service I received, particularly at Aston, they will be my first point of call in future. Most places have robots for assistants, well done Toolstation.
Supposed to close at 4pm today, yet when I arrived at 3.58pm, they had closed early and gone home. Will never use Toolstation again - what's the point in massively inconveniencing the customer just to go home 2 mins early.
