   They sell absolute rubbish. Purchased a pair of parallel action pliers and they broke after using them twice. ToolsNTools refused to refund or replace the item. Their Sales Manger informed me that they dont care what statutory warranty a person may have, they only offer a 30 day warranty; this is convenient for them as it took more than 30 days for the tool to be shipped to me. Their Sales Manager also informed me that they dont care what action a customer may take, or who a customer might report them to. These guys are thieves do not give them your money.

   Appalled with this company. I bought a 2lb brass mallet. The head came straight off the shaft mid stamping a one off vintage piece. The metal on the shaft was also peeling extensively after minimal use - causing cuts & my hand to bleed each time I used the hammer. The seller was unwilling to help or rectify this issue other than apologise for the inconvenience! I have now asked the advice of trading standards. I’ve never experienced a company like it.

   I am surprised to see some people have been unhappy with Tools N Tools UK. I have bought dozens of products from this company via Ebay, Etsy and direct and have NEVER been disappointed. They always send them quickly, the quality is excellent (sometimes better than other bullion/tool suppliers who are perhaps more well known- and they have tools that often are cheaper than them as well). There's also some tools that I haven't been able to find elsewhere too. One of which I have used for years and years and must have been one of their own designs. It's absolutely invaluable to me. As a silversmith tutor for a local University, I actually suggest this company to my students to find some tools because of the price and quality.

   One star for speedy delivery. The product though, unfortunately, as with some items purchased from India - has not been milled properly. I purchased this item in July - running a busy business means sometimes, I purchase tools for when I have the time to start using them. Unfortunately, this means I did not get to it until today - 16th December - 5 months later. While I am aware that the return time has passed (30 days), I had hoped there would be some form of customer service - given that I received a faulty item. There is a 'lip' where the die is supposed to go through, meaning the die only does half way. Unfortunately, I received a generic, unpersonal response and so I have knocked 1 star off for 'customer service' The remaining 3 stars have been knocked off for a product that cannot be used. I fully accept responsibility for not checking the item upon receipt - but I cannot give full stars for a tool that does not work or have not received a human like, understanding solution. Top shot, check your items upon receipt.

   I thought I would leave a review. I ordered the foot and hand salt lamps. I wanted to gift them. First I got email to say that only 3 available instead of 4. I got option to have 3 or total refund. I said I would take 3. The parcel was delivered by Hermes, first on opening I was startled to amount of packaging or lack of it. The lamps were in box rattling around with only a couple of handfuls of packing peanuts. The light fittings were on top loose in an additional box. The lamps were loosely wrapped in bubble wrap and not in boxes. It's not surprising that there was damage. The first lamp had a chunk of the salt missing, also wooden base was damaged and was mouldy. The second lamp was sopping wet, with split wood and mouldy base. The third lamp also had split wood and mouldy base. On contacting the company they wanted clarification on how many lamps were like this. On confirmation I got full refund. I am giving 3 stars and not 1 star as I cannot complain about the customer service. My concern was how could these lamps be sent out in the condition that they were in. The mould on wood could not of appeared in such a short time. Lack of packaging is the reason for damage. I would like to think that this review will help the owner with training staff on packaging products and quality checking before shipping.

   I have fulfilled address as what I usually do before, but we meet problem when I want to get my package. Until here everything is still okay but since their customer service is quite rude and impolite. I even paid for the upset buying experience. Just as other review says, be careful when buying from here.

   What a shame after reading such good reviews!! My girlfriend received terrible customer service from the sales manger. The goods were shipped to the wrong address in Africa at first and finally when arriving at the correct address in the Netherlands 30 days after placing the order, two of the main items had since gone out of stock, so the order was pointless in the end. There has been no compensation for their mistake, the delay or missing items. Would never recommend, plenty of other companies with better service out there, don't take the risk.
