This store is fantastic. The stock they hold is amazing, and most of the time you can find what you want there. The range is great too - Gardening, Kitchen, Decorating, and probably many more sections. It is a life line for people in High Barnet !

Had an excellent experience at Robert Dyas, Barnet. The staff were very knowledgeable and friendly particularly Simran who went over and above to source me the right product.
Went to buy a microwave oven. The first store assistant immediately showed me what was on display and what was in stock. I realised it was too heavy to carry to the car so the assistant at the till offered to take it to the car for me! Excellent customer service all round. The staff are all so helpful in the Barnet branch. Thank you!!
A very good shop! You can find nearly everything you need for home from cooking tools to gardening stuff. Quite a lot of useful things like air fryers and baking dishes. The staff is also nice. Always go there if I need anything!
I am a regular customer of this store and have been for many years. I have to say what a pleasure it is to deal with Linda your Cashier/Shop Floor Assistant. Linda is friendly and informed and always has time to help a customer in need she is an absolute asset to the Barnet Branch. she makes this chain store feel like a family shop with good old-fashioned service an aspect that is sadly missing from so many chain stores in 2023. Linda at the Barnet Branch, was so willing to help me find the microwave, that was best suited for my family’s needs. She is a true Asset to the Branch. Helpful and Friendly. It was a joy to make a purchase in the store last weekend.
I ordered and paid for a smoke alarm which was out of stock, and waited to be contacted. When I visited the store a few days later, the item was again in stock and on sale. I was however informed I could not have on of those and had to wait for the identical one that I ordered. I consider this to be absolutely outrageous, inflexible and unhelpful. Clearly some ridiculous petty "jobsworth" rules take priority ahead of customer service.
Small, friendly and well equipped. Was a bit surprised to find what I needed. Great location for such a good store with good discounts.
