   My favourite salon ever!! Everyone is so friendly and always make me feel so comfortable from start to finish. Emma is my hair stylist and I couldn't recommend her enough!! I've booked both balayage and haircuts and they have always been brilliant and exactly what I was hoping for. I have also spoken to Les who is super friendly and I get the impression that everyone who works there would go above and beyond for their customers. :) 100% recommend!!

   Once upon a time I lived far far away and then I fell in love and moved to Hasland. Not having a consistent hairdresser at the time I was looking to find someone local here for me. I’m quite a fussy person when it comes to someone touching my hair, and I like to think I’m a little ‘out there’ than the ‘norm’. By chance I got an appointment booked with an incredible woman called Mel! I was so nervous the first time I went but she made it so easy, we’re now comfortable with each other, I get on with everyone in the salon and the environment is so much fun! I actually really look forward to my 4 weekly pamper here and I’ve been coming for almost 2 years now! Can’t thank Mel enough and the owner Les always goes above and beyond! Keep doing you guys, it’s the best I’ve ever known! ❤️ Here’s to many more years! Loyal customer & 5 stars!

   I appreciated that they managed to get me in on short notice, but I did feel like it was incredibly rushed and I was just a filler appointment. From sitting down to leaving, I couldn't have been there more than 20 minutes, I didn't even have time to finish my coffee. When she had finished cutting my hair, the stylist said "I'll blow dry your hair for you, don't want you going out in the cold with wet hair" - well obviously. I don't know if this was said as a joke, but I always assumed a wet cut and blow dry actually included a blow dry. The next part could just be a lapse in communication, but I've never had my haircut and the stylist not offer to straighten it. Once she'd finished blow drying, she took my cape off and said "right, we're done", and that was it. The stylist was very polite and chatty, no complaints there, it's solely down to feeling like the whole appointment was rushed. Once I had paid and left and was walking home, I noticed that the hair at the nape of my neck was still wet, so it hadn't even been fully dried. I think if I was to return it might be a case of me having to speak up more, but it would be nice to not feel like I'm trying to be pushed out the door.

   Great hairdressers whatever style you want, and do colours, perms, etc as well. Les, Nat, Lauren and the others are all friendly and helpful and the salon has a great atmosphere. They offer drinks for customers and WiFi. Highly recommended, though booking is essential as they get very busy at times. Once you've booked, if you give a mobile number they send a text reminder a few days before your appointment.
