   I went in to the store to place and order and I was told they would call me when it arrives but they didn't I had to call them then go and collect it but it was the wrong part so I went back to order the correct one and again they said they will give me a call but never did again I had to call them still no part and the promise of an other phone call which never happened ,I ende up getting the part from else where ,I will no longer use Grahams again very bad and disappointing service.

   Great place with friendly and helpful staff. Was struggling to find some fittings that weren't available at Wickes or Screwifx and they were not able to advise. Came to Grahams explained my situation and what I needed, the helpful staff knew exactly what I needed and found the fittings straight away, everything was in stock and reasonably priced. Everything was sorted quickly was in and out in 10 minutes, should have come here first. Store is completely COVID-19 safe with screen dividers and staff wearing masks. Would definitely recommend to all.

   Can't recommend highly enough. I needed a very specific part for a dishwasher pipe and went in, showed the guy a picture and the pipe it needed to go to and he immediately found it in the catalogue and fetched it straight from the stockroom. No waiting around or click and collect needed (looking at you, Screwfix). Friendly service, easy to get to and good value.
