   I have ordered from here for quite some time, over the last couple of months the quality of the food has gone down hill, I ordered 2 chicken and bacon wraps today and we had to take the bacon out as it was undercooked. I will not be ordering from here again.

   Have always loved the food, however it is faster to swim 3 lengths of the mersey than to order a delivery LESS THAN A KILOMETER AWAY!! ABSOLUTE JOKE . I'd understand if I had ordered half of the menu but it was one little breakfast wrap at half 11 on a Tuesday !

   Got the £10 breakfast delivered on a Sunday morning. I didn't have to wait long. The gentleman delivering was nice and friendly. They accommodated my request. And the food was nice and hot. And very tasty..

   Exquisite muffin and ice cream, shame about the customer service. Woman on the phone had a bad attitude, and made out I was the unreasonable one even though I’d waited 2 hours and a half hours for me scran. Didn’t rate the beans. Sausage is heavy tho. Won’t be ordering again due to the customer service.

   Had a lovely experience with Café Across the Mersey, even though I didn’t actually go in! I was a bit lost in the car park, confused about where it was as there were no signs, but the friendly staff quickly pointed me in the right direction. They even brought my food out to my car, which was so thoughtful! I ordered a jacket potato with cheese, which came with a fresh salad and what tasted like homemade coleslaw – absolutely delicious and so filling! Great portions and amazing service. I’ll definitely be back!
