   The Costa Coffee here is consistently great rich, smooth espresso and perfectly steamed milk every time. The staff are friendly and welcoming, service is quick, and the shop always feels clean and comfortable. A lovely place to relax before work or catch up with friends. The seating and atmosphere make it easy to stay a while, and the range of snacks and drinks has something for everyone. Definitely one of my favourite go-to coffee stops in Wallasey!

   If I could give 10 stars I would!! Fantastic staff who take the time & care to learn regulars orders, I feel special every time I go here it's wonderful, the staff are amazing I can't praise them enough. Give them all a raise! Coffee is delicious & always well made.

   Painfully slow service. The place wasn’t busy yet the queue of people who had actually paid for drinks was longer than those waiting to order. 7 tables were occupied so like I said it wasn’t busy. The girl making the drinks needs to learn to work at pace. Customers were extremely frustrated. All the available tables were strewn with dirty dishes. They weren’t understaffed as they had 4 staff members working. 2 stars as when we actually got our food & drinks it was enjoyable. Shame the customer service let it down.

   I mainly get my Costa through Uber Eats and the staff always do an amazing job and go above and beyond despite it just being a mobile order! I always order my drinks with non dairy milk and the current deal includes a free mince pie. They included a vegan one instead of a regular one without me having to ask! Shows thoughtfulness and care. This is exactly how my order arrived today. Thank you guys for still working so hard during the pandemic. This brightened my day. You're appreciated!!!
