Got my wedding nails done from here, and I received amazing results! Loved them. Would say I ended up with a design better than my inspiration picture! Very pleased
I’m really disappointed with my experience here. I went in to get my nails done for my birthday, but the results completely ruined my mood. My nails turned out very thick and uneven, with gaps in the French tip. When I asked about it, I was told “that’s how cat eye is,” but it just looks like plain glitter . nothing like a cat eye design. The acrylic was also all over my hands, and I had to peel it off myself afterward. For the price (I paid £41, just for infills , not a new set) and occasion, I expected much better quality and care.
Absolutely awful finish. Polish didn't even last 24 hours and I paid £20 for this. The shop was busy so I trusted it would be good.. more fool me. DO NOT GO HERE
I was so nice to everyone who worked here and I ended up Getting shoved out the door without any hand cream or oil which every other customer got! It was SO obvious they were talking about me, especially the older lady who does nails. They were laughing and staring the WHOLE time, shouldn’t have paid! Disgusting service and people!!!
I asked for a very basic design the woman then claimed she’s done the set before, and doesn’t need to see the picture. It looked like a child had Done the design so I asked for a plain colour instead. The acrylic is so thick is not a coffin shape with I asked for the nail polish was not even put on correctly I am very disappointed and to say I paid for these? I would have rather stayed without
I went there today’s to get a pedicure and a manicure, I must say I left feeling very disappointed. Before going in I asked them if the pedicure came with a massage to which they replied yes I wanted a small massage as my foot was sore but the pedicure was very quick and I got no massage, already disappointed. Onto the manicure. The cuticles were cut fine however under my nails were not cleaned. I asked for nail polish on them which she did but used a fan to dry it which blew small dust residue onto the nails making them not very smooth and shiny. Overall I would rate it 5/10 as I felt like they could have paid a little bit more attention to what I wanted.
The skin is all dirty and I mentioned it but the girl didn't bother to put any effort to don't mess my skin. 43 pounds for an awful job. Don't even bother to go to this place.
