I've never had my hair professionally coloured and was a bit apprehensive about the final result. Very happy with the colour and how natural it looks. Very professional service, I was explained all the stages and how to look after my new hair. I'll be definitely coming back thank you so much!
Have used identity for a while now. Staff are knowledgable, professional and friendly. Ive had my hair styled for many occasions including weddings, anniversary’s etc . Joanne manages to curl my hair beautifully and create fantastic up dos that last all day and night. Would 100% recommend if you want your hair styling for a special occasion.
The team at Identity are welcoming and professional. Joanne’s knowledge of all things hair is second to non. I am always happy with the results. I have also used the team for up do’s, and blow drys. Jo worked her socks off to make my best friends wedding party look amazing. Jo arrived at the venue on time, worked well around the make up artist, and kept us all organised. I also love to have my nails done by Claire, and have had fab treatments by Justine. The barber is great with gents and kids hair. There is a free car park across the road which is a bonus. It’s a lovely local salon for all your pampering needs. Thanks Jo and team!
Just to say that this was the first time I used this salon on Tuesday of this week . I explained what I wanted prior to this appointment and was asked to go in for a skin patch test ! They knew I wanted a colour and this filled me with confidence that it was a professional business . I will definitely be going again and will use this as my hair salon from now on . I was made to feel so welcome by Jo and Susan who I can say did a great job ! I love my new colour and cut and they didn’t rush me out of the shop ! I was even made coffee and offered buns . Currently sat in the salon waiting for my friend to finish her hair but wanted to take the time to thank the staff here. Chloe was amazing, extremely friendly and professional. I put full trust in her as to what to do with my hair and was not left disappointed at all. Being as indecisive as I am she was patient and told me what she recommended and made me aware all throughout the process of what she was doing. My friend who I made come along with me added colour to her hair which picked up so well and was very vibrant and by the look on her face I am sure she is just as grateful and happy as I am if not more. Thank you again for making me feel human and having great customer service! Prices are also very reasonable and the salon itself has a lovely setup and environment. We were also fortunate enough to find a place that has a private downstairs area which was ideal for us! Thank you to my colleague who also recommended this place, for my first time round i couldnt have asked for anything more!
