Nightmare experience. Punchbag hasn't arrived but had the base almost a week. Customer service slow at best. Don't seem bothered. "Wait 48hrs" "Wait 48 hrs" Read the reviews....don't waste your money
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!!!! Wish I could give no stars They sent out used item that was wrong size, when I called I was told we’ll have you tried it on, it might fit u, when I asked for a return and replacement in correct size, I was told I would have to pay the return cost and they would not be refunded, this company has been banned from Trust pilot, go and check, they will do anything to avoid refunding you, I have had to do a chargeback on my card, refunded within 24 hours as this company is well known to both PayPal eBay and the card company’s, please save your money,
Not sure why the low star rating. I had a great experience with them. Ordered a massage bar roller. Turned up within 48 hours. Exactly as described. Postage was free and the price was only £7.99. Couldn’t be happier. Thanks guys
Do not order from this company I bought a set of 4x 5kg weights to add to my dumbbells, and after 3 weeks of saying waiting to be dispatched they contacted me saying how they’re refunding me. Buy on the website again they put it back up where my mum ordered the same set for them to take her money and not send the weights at all and after contacting them they still haven’t responded after it’s been over a month since they took the money and still no weights!
my experience was all hassel free delivery was quicker than was told was really happy about as was a punch bag for my sons xmas present the base and punch bag come on 2 separate deliverys and this wasn't clear so when I only received the base I emailed them on a Sunday they replied promptly letting me no that due to the weight and size will be on 2 deliverys the punch bag is good and good quality Only thing I say is mabey make it a little clearer how the delivery will be in 2 deliverys otherwise 5* service very happy
Asked me to pick a delivery date, which was 1 week ago and yet I'm still waiting on delivery of my item. Grim.
Don’t buy anything from Gallant Sports. The items they sent me had defects which they acknowledged and agreed to replace however the replacement never arrived and they do not respond to emails since the ordinal correspondence. Their customer service is terrible and products are of very poor quality. Save yourself the hassle and agro that they have caused me. There are plenty or reputable retails who value their customers and repeat business, gallant sports is not one of those companies. 1 star is too many stars, would rate them as 0
AVOID, spent £180 for a faulty boxing punch bag, emailed a number of times and got false promises of refund which never materialized. This is another FRAUD company selling low quality products with no customer service.
