Brought a 4ft boxing set cant use it as the bracket is faulty pay extra and get decent gear don't waste your money on this rubbish
Shoddy product delivered ( I accept this can and sometimes happens ) your customer service is shocking and their is absolutely NO way that this should be the case. Thankfully Amazon A-Z stepped in and resolved the issue. I'm sure if the product is good you will have no problems however if you have any issues GOOD LUCK.
Absolutely shocking experience, advertised false information on a product they are selling, so I asked for a refund and they sent me a business return label instead of consumer label which meant the parcel shop drop-off wouldn't accept the return of their goods. No dialogue from them when I raised the issue (probably thought I'd just accept the loss and leave it) so I paid for my own return label. I then get a Paypal refund and a message saying I'm probably a scammer.... and that's from a company that falsely advertises its products and makes it difficult to get a refund, give them a miss if I was you.
This is a brilliant company, would 100% recommend it. I needed a punching bag and some gloves delivered the next day for my son's birthday and after contacting their customer service team I got a swift response and they ensured I got my kit in time to make my boy happy. It is an outstanding company, with some of the best quality I've seen on the market. I will definitely be purchasing again.

Seems to be a shambles of a company. They delivered an item to my home a couple of weeks ago. The item was not addressed to me or ordered by any of my family even though it was my address on the parcel. I contacted the firm and asked them to let me know what to do with it; that was 2 weeks ago and the item is still in my hallway. I refuse to send it back at my expense as I did not order it. I have now given them until December 23rd to let me know what they want me to do with it or I will dispose of it myself. If all of their items are treated this way it’s a wonder they’re still in business.
Disgusting customer service. I ordered a boxing bag through ebay. The advert specifically stated it doesn't require water or sand, and it has suctions at the bottom. This was a complete LIE, it doesn't have suctions and does require water/sand. It was also described as heavy duty which was garbage; the item is poor quality. Misselling and false information. I contacted them three times to return it and they've ignored my requests. I've had to open a case with ebay and will be reporting the matter to trading standards
Ordered from this company on the 8th of January still havent recieved what i ordered. Sent an email on the 17th of February with no response and when they put there number on there website finally got through last week still havent recieved a refund. Avoid at all cost terrible customer service. I now cant get through to them and havent received a refund.
ONEX is ‘NOT the name of satisfaction’ as their slogan claims. Do Not Waste Your Money. Our experience was extremely disappointing. We bought a sub-standard power sand bag, which ripped apart and a handle came off after just a hand full of short uses. We bought from ONEX via eBay, trading as kingofsports9 (where we should have used due diligence and read through the 46 negative reviews plus a number of adverse google reviews before we made our purchase) when we complained about the bag; the seller refused to honour a replacement or a refund even though we reported the issue to them within a couple of weeks of purchase. After a number of exchanged emails, to which we received sarcastic and disinterested responses. They blocked us from leaving a review on eBay, just wonder how many dissatisfied customers they have done this to, notice one unhappy customer was forced to remove bad feedback before getting a refund. We were forced to generate a claim via Paypal who successfully got us our money back. Beware they trade as ONEX, Jeffson and kingofsports9 just to name a few. We have now reported this trader to trading standards and @watchdog to. If you find yourself in the same position Paypal, Trading Standards or BBC’s Watch Dog can and will help. This company seriously need to work on honest trading and a good customer service policy.
Would give lower if I could. Bought through E-Bay and they contacted me to say that I hadn’t given the right address I gave them the address again which was correct and they tried to tell me it was wrong (I know my own address). Turns out that they just can’t deliver to Ireland even though they said they can on their advert. Anyways I could have dealt with that but the pure rudeness and arrogance from the lady I dealt with was appalling. She wanted me to raise a case with e-bay etc instead of just refunding my money. No ownership over their own mistake. Then point blank refused to refund my money until I removed negative feedback. Also told me they were too busy to deal with me and if I removed the feedback then they would refund but if not I’d have to wait. I ended up having to file a dispute with PayPal and in an attempt to drag things out further they didn’t action it at all just left it sitting their until PayPal refunded because they didn’t reply. So in summary, couldn’t deliver product, atrocious customer service, no ownership, rude and tried to keep money for something they couldn’t deliver. Avoid at all costs!!
