Went in to buy my son's cricket gear and was warmly welcomed. I was helped to find the right size helmet, pads, and bat. Didn't feel rushed at all.
Fantastic customer service and overall shopping experience. Bought a tennis racket for my son’s birthday and from the initial call to check availability to the in-shop experience they could not have been more welcoming or helpful. We will use Jim Hall in future for all our tennis and hockey equipment. Highly recommended !
Wonderful shop with an amazing friendly owner Jim. I ventured in wanting a pair of trainers for walking and running and Jim was very knowledgeable and explained the various makes they stocked and what was the most suitable for me. He was lovely and it was so nice receiving the personal service. We chatted about the history of the shop and how he’s been in the area since the 70’s! If you do want any sports gear, I highly recommend you visit Jim Hall.
We visited the shop today and were extremely happy with the service we received. They were very knowledgeable and friendly. We went in for football boots and the owner gave my children tennis balls for free and even played 'football' with my son. It started to rain lightly when we were leaving and they even offered to lend us an umbrella. We will definitely go back again.
