Avoid, Horrible experience!! Zero start if I had the option. As the name suggest they are actually a nutt case, I went there for hair smoothening (Keratin treatment). Spent about 2.5 hrs for the treatment and was promised that it will last for atleast 4-6 months. I have had this treatment done 4-5 times previously in last 5 years and it always lasted for atleast 6-8 months. Just after the first wash my hair were back to normal (frizzy, not straight), went there after 5 days to show it to the lady who did it. She just ignored my concerns and kept arguing that they were straight and there was nothing they could do, they also insisted that I should wash it and blow dry it in the shop to make sure it didn’t go as planned. After washing it was clearly frizzy, but the lady was so rude and kept speaking over me saying I can’t give you a refund (which I never asked her to). Tip for the owner: Treat your customers with respect and accept your mistake in order to provide a good customer service.
My wife & daughters been going here for years and always come out 100% happy with the result, cracking team & Claire is just simply brilliant and has even styled & cut my boys hairs.
Had my 3 1/2 year old sons hair cut! Staff were fab, done in 10 minutes and made him feel so safe and reassured bonus it only cost £6 :)
