Absolutely fantastic service, very friendly and they did my nails so good! I’m so happy with them! (They did not hurt my fingers I just have a skin condition)
I got a gel manicure today and it was honestly terrible. The technician cut my cuticles way too aggressively, causing pain and even bleeding. Now the skin around my nails is sore and peeling, and the gel polish was rushed and looks very untidy. The customer service was also really disappointing. When I politely asked the man to be more careful, he responded rudely and didn’t fix anything. The staff clearly needs more training and a better attitude. Don’t waste your money here, honestly!
Awful, do not come, the nails are cheap for a reason. Every time I come there’s always something wrong with my nails but today was my last straw. I asked the woman multiple times to fix her mistakes and each time she just made it worse. The shape, the paint everything is terrible. At the end of my appointment after they were finished I realised one of the nails was very messed up. I had to go back into the shop and ask them to fix it which they did however they still look terrible will not be returning and I don’t recommend anyone else to go. Also left glue and paint all over mine and my sisters hands.
I went to get a full set. The acrylic was too thick and lope sided. When I told the nail tech, she was ignoring what I was saying. I had to insist that she fix it. Her attitude was so rude and I know she was talking about me right in front of my face in a very angry tone. She got up and left in the middle of polishing my nail. My nails were not done properly and so rushed. Will not go back there at all.
I have never left any business a bad review in my life but I can’t not after this experience. One star is far too generous! First time I’ve been here and can honestly say this is the worst nail salon I have EVER been too. Asked for acrylics removed and they left half the acrylic still on and said I was done, when I said I wasn’t happy with them they were extremely rude, spent a couple more minutes on them and said again that I was done. I had asked for them painting as well but they clearly couldn’t be arsed doing that. They were quite rough, pulling and chucking my hands about. They didn’t even file the nails so they are just a mess. EXTREMELY rude to me and other people in the salon. A young girl sat next to me asked for hers to be filed down a little more and the guy tutted and angrily just said it’s too late and walked off to deal with someone else leaving her upset. Genuinely the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced and the shitest my nails have ever looked. I wouldn’t go back here if it was free and would encourage everyone to avoid this places! My dog could have done a better job and he’s dead x
Very disappointing experience. To begin, the staff were disrespectful and my daughter felt she was mocked and ignored despite being a paying customer. Secondly, her nails looked nothing like the picture she showed them! And when she politely asked for different colours or thicker lines (for the design) she was told no. She came home crying and confused as the staff were telling her different costs and she felt taken advantage of. This is the first time she has ever had acrylic nails and she will NOT be returning to Trinity Nails and Beauty. I have attached pictures of what she asked for vs what she got. Appalling service!
Had my nails done, asked for builder gel which I was told they could do. As you can see the gel is thick at the back of the nail touching my skin. I was told this would wash off with water the next day which obviously isn’t going to happen as the gel has hardened. They were just rushing as they clearly wanted to shut early. Really disappointed as my nails are now damaged and have to go and pay again to have them removed.
