   What Three Words: awful.avoid.miss Awful, and should not even deserve one star. Must avoid even if it's cheaper than other places. Bought an item from them via eBay, but no updates on progress. Messaged and called them numerous times, but no response. How could they run like this as a business?

   After I ordered AS50 from their but after 72hour I had to chase up about my order than they telling me that my order has been cancelled. No communication from the seller. I asked again why than they told their was price error. They took my money but didn't deliver it. Really poor communication. Please be careful when you make any purchase from their website.

   I couldn't believe that the cheapest place I could buy tennis strings from online was right on my doorstep. I was a bit undecided on what to purchase but a great conversation with owner Carl pointed me in the right direction. Couldn't be happier with my reels of Volkl Cyclone Tour, Volkl Cyclone, Tecnifibre Synthetic Gut & Prince Synthetic Gut. I will definitely be buying all of my tennis string from Crampsports from now on. Happy convert.

   I play in the Stockport badminton league and when I needed a new racket recently I came to Crampsport on recommendation from some of the other league players. He has a great setup with his racket shop at the back of his house. There’s loads of stock in there to choose from with many of the top brands in stock. It’s great to be able to chat to and hear advice from an experienced player who knows about racket weights and balance, string tensions etc. I don’t know of anywhere else in the Stockport region you can get that. I ignored the previous poor comments as it looked to me like a couple of bitter individuals and I’m really glad I did as I got fabulous service. I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again and I highly recommend them to other players.

   On the 04th of March 2018 i ordered tennis strings from this website.10 March 2018 called to customer service, then tried number provided under their “Contact us” section and gentlement gave me another number to call on. Called, left a voicemail and emailed sales department. 16 March 2018 got a text message “sorry for the delay strings on the way to you” and since then no strings, no emails. Looks very suspicious to say the least. Luckily my credit card payment didn't get throught.
