My 16 month old girl attended and had her first hair cut at roots salon. Bethan cut her hair and she was patient and understanding and interacted with my little girl so that she remained calm throughout :) it was a lovely experience. I had my hair cut by Bethan few days after my girl and I felt listened when discussing what I want. Whilst there, the conversation flew smoothly, which is a big deal to me as I usually dread the small talk at hairdressers! I will be returning and recommending the salon to others:)
