Excellent customer service in Wellingtons where we bought anAEG oven. It was delivered within a couple of days, fitted and old oven taken away. All staff were friendly and very helpful and my new oven is great!

Great service from Matt in store and the delivery team. They happily stored the products brought until we were ready for them to be delivered, and went the extra mile to deliver our new fridge freezer into the house rather than leave it outside as some others retailers suggested they would! Good prices too!
My word!!! Where do I start? We have used Wellingtons in the past and have had great customer service. We love the fact that its local and they have knowledgeable staff and a range of products. But on this occassion, i felt compelled to write a review because the service we received was above and beyond anything we have experienced! We bought a cooker for my dad which turned out to be faulty. Chris and Dawn were ABSOLUTE STARS and hereos in helping to sort this out with constant calls to Hotpoint and alot of back and forth. They were always so helpful when we were probably being difficult customers but not once did we feel we were a nuisance. It's so nice to have a company that still puts the customers first and are a real pleasure to deal with. 100% recommend. A sincere thank you for all your efforts in getting this resolved!! I phoned Wellington's to enquire about a particular Vacuum Cleaner & accessories, I was looking to purchase. Rory took my call and was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, efficient from the start, nothing was too much trouble. I appreciated all the help that he willingly gave in sourcing the product for me. Very trustworthy and reliable, as Rory phoned when he said he would and when my order came in quickly, I received an immediate phone call to let me know. Very obliging, offering to carry the items to the car or if preferred, to have them delivered to home. I have contacted and bought items in Wellington's previously, over many years, mainly for my parents so this positive experience has again reiterated to me what excellent Customer Service is and should be but rarely found now in other retailers. In future, Wellington's in Northumberland Heath, will always be my first port of call for any product. Highly recommended. Thank You from an extremely satisfied customer.
Have used this store for many years and they have never let me down. The sales staff are helpful and guide you to what you need & not what they want you to buy. The service they deliver is first class. They have helped my mother (93) for many years and now my 2nd & 3rd generation of family also. Failed freezer, washing machine, cooker - usually they can provide a same day delivery & replacement - truly first class.
Outstanding service from Wellingtons. After receiving advice in the store we purchased a new oven and hob with the fitting and removal of our old items. The goods were delivered on time and fitted by two friendly engineers. And when the hob didn’t quite fit, Wellingtons sent another friendly engineer out within a few hours to problem solve and fix the issue. All staff are both knowledgeable and friendly. Can’t recommend them enough. Be loyal - buy local!!

Just had delivered and installed new dishwasher. Great sales and service from the store. Excellent service from the installer. Removed old machine and set up new machine very efficiently and cleared what little mess they created. Will definitely shop at Wellingtons again.
Excellent ! forget online and big name suppliers if your after a item fast go here good stock levels and prices. sales are polite helpful. i needed a fridge freezer after a big name company sent me a faulty item I was stuffed all my food was ready to swap ,went online knew this place been there years, made a call and they had exact item in stock on display ready to go went to view it and chat ! got a match price and free delivery next day zero issues! I THINK WE ALL TO OBSESSED TO BUY ONLINE THE NORM...NO LETS GO BACK TO THE HIGH STREET LIKE WAS !
