   Needed to get a new range cooker, phoned a few different retailers who also did online but most were a bit vague about availability and delivery timings of the one we wanted (a Stoves model). Nouman at Redbridge Appliances was great, answered the phone straight away, gave some helpful advice on dual fuel vs induction, and then said he would check availability and give us a call back. Unlike some other e-tailers, he did call back when he said he would and offered a competitive price too. He placed the order with a minimal deposit and had the cooker in stock in a few days later (despite making the order just before Easter) He was also quick to arrange delivery the same day it came in to him, and the delivery guys - Nouman (a different one) and Naeem - were careful and professional as they took our old cooker away and installed the new one. All in all a very good experience so although we hadn’t used them before would recommend Redbridge appliances

   I entered store looking to buy electric oven. Staff member said hello and continued to look at his phone/ipad. Walked round display twice but staff did not speak anymore to me or offer help. Wanted to support local independent business but lack of customer service made me leave shop and buy from bigger national retailer. Only gave one star reluctantly.

   Very rude staff. They would reply back to tour questions in a very rude manner! Lazy staff not even willing to help you. If you call them they would disconnect the call. AVOID!

   Very rude behaviour by the guy came with the products. He was very rude with his employees as well in front me. Took 8 days to arranged the delivery. Sorry but there are plenty of complaints in every high street. Poor upsetting and bad
