   Exemplary 5 ⭐ customer service is a rare commodity these days. I spoke with Hamza, the Manager of Power Zone, over the telephone regarding our NEFF integrated fridge freezer that needed a replacement. From the WhatsApp photos, he identified the model number and the newer current version. He also arranged for Paul, a lovely gentleman, to fit it the day following appliance delivery. Fantastic, professional & friendly service.

   From the first visit to the shop and discussion with Shaz re my needs, the advice given and patience showed impressed. I went away to measure up, think about the service promised and checked out some well known online sellers plus I’d checked at least 3 other retailers. Powerzone was offering a comparable price and service. I went back the next day with a list of questions and he patiently answered every one. Where I asked about European vs UK plugs which I picked up on from reviews, he called the manufacturer directly to answer my queries. Today a week later my fridge freezer was delivered. I was worried about whether it would be too big for available space but again, Shaz’s advice was spot on. Finally the delivery service was second to none. They arrived on time, were careful and respectful of property and installation was quick and professional. Thank you Powerzone, you showed that the smaller companies like yours can offer a comparable and even better service than the ‘big’ companies.

   Powerzone of Ilford turned out to be one of East London's best kept secrets. Their price for a new Siemens washer dryer was very competitive and unlike most others suppliers it included delivery to in London, installation of an integrated machine and disposal of the old machine -all carried out by their own people. I found a contact number on line and spoke to Hamza direct. He's been in the business for 27 years and I can see why. He's a man true to his word. Powerzone delivered on the due date one week after order, arriving bang on time and worked quickly and installed the machine perfectly. They removed the old machine frommmy flat despite it weighing 82kg. I found changing the door over from old machine to new was easy to do myself just using a Phillips Screwdriver (the Siemens IQ 300 and IQ 500 had the same hinge positions and fittings - despite what a search on AI told me!). I should also mention Hamza had put me in touch with a trusted carpenter just incase. So now I'm looking to source future white goods through Powerzone whenever possible. Thank you Power zone !
