   The first photo shows my nails before I went to this god-awful salon. I originally had them done at Chapel Allerton Nail X, where the service was amazing and the nails were beautifully done. The second photo was my inspo — a simple, classic French with a painted flower on the ring finger. What I ended up with was an absolute disaster. I asked for an infill and for the growth to be taken down, but the boy who started buffing was aggressive and clueless. He hurt my fingers and even buffed my skin multiple times. I tried to stay patient, but it just got worse. They didn’t even let me pick my base colour until I’d asked twice — and even then, they kept pushing other shades because they clearly couldn’t be bothered to get up. One woman created an awful peak on two of my nails before disappearing, leaving another woman to take over. She then slapped on the builder gel like coloured polish, showing zero understanding of how builder gel actually works. When I asked her to fix the other two nails to match, she barely did anything and had the audacity to tell me “that’s your natural nail” — which is ridiculous because my natural nails are completely flat. From the back, you can see how uneven they were — all different sizes, the shape nowhere near almond, and the French tips looked atrocious. To make it worse, they chose the blue colour for me and didn’t even let me decide! They have the nerve to charge premium prices for subpar work and no skill whatsoever. Honestly, I don’t know how this place is still open, or how they have any customers left. After all that, I went back to get a refund. They didn’t want to give it and only agreed on the condition that they soak the nails off — which I refused because I had cuts that would’ve burned in acetone. Eventually, one of them filed the design off instead and finally gave me my money back. I was gutted — I needed these nails done for my holiday. I had to rush to Mint Nails in White Rose, where I finally got a beautiful set done properly. I wouldn’t even recommend this place to my worst enemy. Save yourself the time, money, and frustration — do not go here.

   I just got my nails done and the service was horrible they kept talking about me in their language and the person doing my nails was so aggressive with my hands he made me bleed he also kept shoving his own real nail in my cuticle. He didn’t even do my nails properly he rushed them and they all turned out different sizes and they look horrible. Don’t ever go here they are overpriced and their work isn’t even good.

   Went there on the 9th to get my nails done ended up in hospital today as the infection was spreading slowly I didn't want to do much of it so just went to the pharmacy bought savlon over the counter but it didn't help today I woke up in pain on both of my thumbs being in pain and the right hand thumb started leaking puss Am on antibiotics now doc said it could of ended bad if I didn't come . Just after few days I had to cut the nails of by my self because I didn't want to go back there and good thing is that I didn't go back to take the acrylics of because the doctor said the infection might have gotten worse so now I have to wait after the infection is gone to the the acrylics of

   The service is shocking, I walked in and showed him a set and he said he couldn’t do them, so I said no worries I’ll pick a new one, after less than a minute of looking I was told to hurry up. And just the rude comments like oh you again? But your happy take my money, I asked for an infill and design (basic) that’s it and he charged me £45. My own nail is now broken will need to go get it fixed and I only went 3 days ago. I wouldn’t mind paying the prices if the staff weren’t so rude. Don’t recommend. Save your money and go somewhere else.

   I would not recommend at all I’ve paid a lot of money to have shellac on my hands and feet it’s lasted me a week it’s come off my toes and chipped off my hands when I have had it done at fantastic nails theres last three weeks also the man who did my nails was very rude and aggressive will not be going again
