   I ordered a hammer through their eBay store front which included Royal Mail 48hr delivery. Item didnt arrive on time so I gave extra time before making contact and I was asked to give it a bit longer which I did. Two weeks after ordering I make contact to explain the item still hasn't arrived and the Royal Mail tracking for the parcel doesn't even show any updates. With no reply, no apology and no offer to re send the item (which they are still selling) they simply refunded the purchase. I wanted what I'd ordered and waited two weeks for them to simply refund the purchase. How about taking a bit of responsibility here and showing some good customer service instead of just issuing a refund. Even a simple apology would've helped the situation. You have time to ask me to wait for my item but not to say sorry.

   Purchased an estwing hammer from these guys on there eBay store and it arrived badly damaged. Contacted directly and forwarded pictures they offered me a 25% discount to keep it but It was intended as a present so I was less concerned about a partial refund and just wanted what I ordered in new condition. They told me I’d have to buy another one before any refund would be done on the first one. Not ideal. I’ve ended up keeping the damaged one as I couldn’t afford to shell out for another one .!!
