   I worked at Woodgate Valley for a short period, full time. During this time, approx 2 people left each week. There are cigarette ends out the front entrance as you walk in, not a great start. The building and offices are very outdated and dirty. Poor kitchen and toilet facilities. There is no disabled access to the second floor of the building. There were no purchasing managers or no structure to the management of the business while I was there. No policies, procedures, or standard work, no segregation of duties between different departments. Purchasing are dealing with quality concerns, who are not trained or qualified as quality engineers. Low morale, no staff recognition or reward. Warehouse is a health and safety nightmare, no stock take in years. Most of the people working at Woodgate are lovely people, who deserve so much better. Shame on the management for treating their employees the way they do. Absolutely shocking.
