   Went to purchase some items today had a look on the website said it was open 11am to 4pm, very disappointed to travel and get there and it was closed apparently due to a stock take. Person said it was on socials but should have been on the website too

   Purchased a football shirt for my friend’s 40th mid November. OAFC store took the payment but have not sent the item. They are uncontactable by phone, they have shut their website down and have also shut down the customer service email address that was on the order form and also on PayPal. Furthermore they are yet to respond to the PayPal case I was forced to open over a week ago due to not receiving the item. Avoid at all costs. I dread to think about people buying Christmas presents through this store only to be let down like this. I’m totally disappointed at the non existent customer service that has ruined my friend’s birthday present.
