   I'd honestly give them 6 stars if i could. Ordered at 5pm, received my shoes at 12pm the next day with the free standard delivery. And lowest price online for the running shoes i chose. Great return policy as well. My new favourite shoe shop.

   Today I went into the new Run North West shop with my wife- she is new to running and we were looking for the right trainers. We were seen to by Laura, and I can only say that her customer service was genuinely exceptional. She took the time to conduct a gait analysis, and then describe what kind of shoe would fit her best. Laura was going back and forth to the stock room just to make sure my wife was absolutely sure on the running shoe she picked. That took a little time, but it didn't matter to Laura, she was just. My wife ended getting a running shoe that suited her and at the same time felt great, because Laura had explained everything to her so nicely. Then it came to me, I'm a little more experienced and was looking for a fast training shoe and a race shoe, once again Laura was absolutely amazing with all her her advice on all the different brands, and shoe types -I managed to get a great shoe that fits well The customer service was exceptional, and I will undoubtedly return and purchase my race shoe from Run North West in the near future.

   Really impressed by the service from the RNW team. Great offer on the shoes, fast delivery (within 36 hours I think) lovely handwritten note and some sweets, and a very generous/fair and clearly laid out returns policy (which I won't need because the shoes are great).

   Had such a lovely time at Run North West this morning. Completed a gait analysis and got so much advice about running style, how to fuel runs and bespoke guidance on my gait. Spent a long time with me trying different shoes and providing loads of guidance on their benefits. Chose a great new pair and made me excited to run! Lovely to be around a team that’s passionate about what they do!

He demonstrated excellent service and knowledge of the shoes and a lot of patience as I must have tried on every available shoe in store.
