Extremely poor quality clothes never buy anything! Wear and tear after one wash and they refuse a return or refund, definitely not worth the quality avoid with all costs
Consistently excellent experience! The store is always clean and well-organized, and the staff are genuinely helpful without being pushy. My go-to for high-quality athletic wear that lasts for years.
Where to start with this so-called “refurbishment”? I’d been hopeful when I saw the store was getting a revamp - it desperately needed one. But the result is shockingly cheap. The same scuffed fixtures, the same awkward and inaccessible entry doors, and now a lifeless white box with harsh lighting and a dreadful mural behind the till. It feels more like a bargain basement than a premium store. Good luck when Alo opens - they’ll need it!
I want to share my exceptional experience. I purchased a pair of mens workout/lounge bottoms a few years ago whilst I was in New Zealand but a few months ago the material on one of the legs separated (looked like it was glued together, not stitched) and one of the pocket zips had broke. I spoke to the online chat (not the most helpful with understanding my issue), who eventually directed me to visit my nearest store as they would be able to help. I live in Plymouth with my nearest store being either in London or Manchester, so when I was in Manchester I thought I would try my luck and take them into the store to see if they could be repaired. A lady with the initials AD (sorry I cannot remember your name) was very friendly and welcoming helped me. She clearly told me what to possibly expect from a repair and how long it would take. I mentioned that I live in Plymouth so wouldn't be back in Manchester for a while, to which she said that they can post it back to me which was great. She also said that the service is free of charge (including the postage), which I was not expecting at all, but with the service I received I will definitely buy more from lululemon in the future. Thank you again for your help AD, it is greatly appreciated!
They said they were closing at 6pm, I went there an hour before that and I find this paper posted on the entrance door.

Overpriced garbage. Take this back to USA and don't come back lmao 100 quid for leggings? 200 for baggy rapper style jiggers that fall down? Shoes that fall apart? Garbage brand I've never heard off? Watch out for fake reviews and so called "celebrity Influencers" touting this garbage. Terrible quality over priced. Primarks better
I used to love lululemon. I have bought masses of items over the years. I bought some fast and free leggings in September (having a darker colour previously) and only wore them twice before realising they were see through on my bottom. Customer services were terrible saying that I would need to take a picture to show that they were see through even after I explained that putting my knee or hand through them didn’t work, it had to be a larger surface area. They still insisted this needed to happen. In the end I took a picture of my bottom showing that they were see through and they still declined saying I would need to take them back into a shop and this was their final answer even with all the evidence. Whenever I have returned something to their shop they have always been great so it was incredibly disappointing that customer services were so poor online. For leggings that cost well over a £100 it is not The service you would expect. A once loyal customer.
Returned an item on the 19th May told it had been received at the warehouse on the 22 May. Still not had a refund!! Told could take 30 working days to receive it, ie possibly no refund until about the 5th July!!!! Really disappointed and will certainly think before ordering again from them.
