Amazing service, had my hair done multiple times now, everyone is so friendly and all the staff help each other and give advice to ensure you are happy with your decision. Always explain everything if I am not too sure on how to have my hair. Always come out feeling amazing and loving my hair
Really Not happy, went in for a trim - a good two inches i said, obviously i used the wrong words - came out with a bob (approx 10-12 inches shorter), my hair has never been so short, could cry!!! Needless to say i shan't be going back there.
Hayley was excellent, completely transformed my hair to the colour I wanted. Nice, friendly service and a relaxed atmosphere. She kept me informed of everything she was doing to my hair and gave me good advice for maintaining the colour. Would highly recommend the salon, and Hayley in particular.
It was my second visit to the salon but my first visit for a colour. After 18 months of boxed home kits, my hair was a little yellow. Tricia had some great ideas for my colour and the result is excellent. The best colour I've had in a long time. As far as feeling safe there due to covid, the salon is spotlessly clean and there is plenty of space between clients. I'll definitely be back when the roots are showing!
Had my hair done yesterday. The stylist Sandra (who is also the owner) suggested putting 2 different colours in foils to give it a natural look. Followed by a special product when she washed it (I forget the name) which made it look amazing. She then dried and curled it. It looked so natural and shiny. I was welcomed and looked after from start to finish. Very professional set up and knowledgeable staff.I had a lovely relaxing time and walked out of the salon feeling great. Can't wait to return.
