I visited this store on 28th June around 11am, based on my sister’s recommendation. Unfortunately, my experience was nothing like hers. The man in the shop seemed to be making up prices on the spot — he tried to charge me £150 for a small, scratched Beko fridge that I later found brand new in Currys for just £200, which I ended up buying instead. What really frustrated me is that my sister got a washing machine, fridge freezer, and cooker for under £250, but he was trying to charge me £500 for far less. It felt like he was trying to take advantage, and it left a really bad impression. Definitely not the experience I was expecting.
Bought a refurbished undercounter freezer from here. Other than a few cosmetic marks the freezer works and feels like its brand new. Delivered right into my kitchen and took my old one. And i must say for a small local domestic appliance shop the service was world class. Definitely recommend this place. They also sell brand new appliances.
Was looking for separate undercounter fridge and freezer units. Arrived as they were just starting to pack up (4.30 approximately). Managed to find two units I was happy with for a reasonable price. They were able to deliver the same day. New units plugged in by 6.30. After a few days, I noticed the fridge wasn't as cold as I expected. Left it a few days longer adjusting the temperature in case it was my fault for not using it correctly. Phoned the shop, explained the issue. I expected to be told it needed re-gassing or maybe new thermostat. They wasn't able to provide an engineer to look at it but instead came the next day and replaced the fridge completely. Very fair prices and very good customer service. Would recommend
Extremely unprofessional and incompetent. I called them almost two weeks ago to report an error code on our washing machine. The guys came to check the machine without actually knowing what the problem is. Then they said they would book an appointment on Saturday to get it checked by an engineer from Hoover. I confirmed the booking on Thursday and they told me to call on Saturday morning so they can come and take the machine. When I called them the guy named Wakil said the engineer is not coming this Saturday he will come next Saturday. When I asked him why could he not inform me this before he said I will message you now! This is very frustrating and unfortunate to receive unprofessional service from a local business.
My dishwasher pump is also incorporated with my heating element to my dishwasher. When I called this telephone number a lovely gentleman explain to me what I needed and what it would cost. He also gave me very valuable advice as I was thinking of buying another dishwasher. He said it would be a waste of money to buy a new dishwasher when I can repair it for a third of the price. So I had an engineer come round the next day again a very nice quiet gentleman. No hassle no problems. Repaired the dishwasher in 20 minutes, had it going, and checked it for another 10 minutes and he was gone. In total, I paid £170 for the Parts and the labor. From another angle, I will go to pay around £470 for a new dishwasher. What would be the point when I can repair it and it was also an eco-friendly decision as well. I hope you guys will use these people who are very nice and very honest and very trustworthy. Thank you very much for reading my review have a nice day
