   The assistant was very helpful when I forgot my glasses and couldn't find the collection code on my phone. Without her kind help I would have had to walk back to my car and retrieve them, not easy for me with worn out hip and knee so I am very thankful that she was so helpful.

   Really big complex. Clothes stores, very fast Argos service,wide range of products great meat counter, bread,cake and sushi counters. Wide range of beer, spirits. A lot of space in aslies which helps with easy shopping. Plenty of parking space and very good bus transport links. Buses can drop of inside Sainsbury's car park or outside stores. In store order collection. Best local Sainsbury's for a full shopping week. Plenty of cash outs and self service. Hardly any ques at checkouts. Clean,bright and refreshing place to shop. Staff always available for help or support. Shelf's well stocked. A lot of economic products on sale. Really worth an experience.

   Very unhelpful manager. I think a little bit of power has gone to her head. Refused a price match a while ago despite being promised by their online customer service if I went back into store. Now I've returned a faulty toy. Was told to go home and change the batteries despite it only being used once and a week later when I returned to say its still faulty, the 30 day return period has passed. I buy from Argos because of the ease of picking up and returning while doing my weekly shop but if I'm going to be refused any help, I'll buy things from Amazon instead.
