   Not happy at all. Spent £20 for gel nails to have them start to chip and bend the next day (grey), I went in and they were re done again for free. Had the green set on, absolutely lovely when first done but a couple of days later they did exactly the same. Having them done other places I’ll get three weeks out of them until grown too much but never chipped. They started pulling my natural nail and hurting. Went in today for them to be removed, stating I wasn’t happy at all. No apology and charged full price for removal.

   Popped in on spec hoping they could fix my broken natural nail which was too far down to trim. Was seen straight away, got an acrylic overlay on the broken nail and a set of gels as a treat. The technician was great, really took her time, quite a perfectionist, vast choice of colours too, Will definitely go back for toes before my holiday.

   Had a pedicure and acrylics done. The pedicure is lovely, and my feet feel brand new. The nails are never rushed. I'm always very happy with them. The nail artist always asks at each step if I'm happy with how they are looking. Really friendly and accommodating staff.

   Got my gels from a different place removed here. They did a great job, my technician did it gently and in stages so it didn’t damage my nails which I was a bit worried about with trying a new place. It was very good value and included manicure (I didn’t get new polish, just tidying up my nails and cuticles etc and they look so nice and healthy!)

   Nails looked good at first a week after one broke when meant to be strong and gel started chipping off after a week too and i hoping they would last at least 4 weeks. Will have to get them re done but not here.

   Absolutely stressed me up, my appointment was for 11am a hour later still telling me another hour, it was a distressful till as I was going to a funeral, I ended up waiting that long I came out, appointments done mean a thing not professional busy people I could have cried when I left.
