Appalling service, female clerk offered very little help to no help and was quite rude, did not bother serving a return customer whom has no knowledge of appliances. We were felt we were wasting her time. They were trying to up sale even though the requirements were provided during the initial visit. Came in for a second visit and they took us for a time waste. Honestly, would avoid this company with the service witness. You’re probably better off dealing with high street appliance stores then these small time shops that are just here to rip people off. Absolutely appalling.
