   Quality barber – haircuts are always spot on. They takes their time to make sure you get exactly what you want and always gives good advice with their experience. Appointment only which is ideal, never sat waiting about, and booking through the app is dead easy. Couldn’t recommend enough.

   Attended an appointment for 9am, booked in advance, no staff member showed up, shop still locked, messaged to say cancelling appointment. Answer from staff was we expect customers to wait up to 10-15 minutes just like we have to sometimes... terrible customer service, highly would not reccomend, who rolls up to open a shop 5 minutes after appointment is due and blames the customer!? Would not reccomend on that alone

   My husband visits komplex regularly and is never disappointed. Lewis and sonny are professional stylists. Both friendly and reliable and definitely perfectionists. The shop is quirky and welcoming. Highly recommended for all ages.
