Although building work was going next door, parking wasn't a problem. Nicely situated just of swanley junction 3. Very nice peope and friendly .
Joe and the team know their stuff. Always have solutions to potential issues and deal with customers promptly and professionally. Never too busy to help out with design queries and always work with us to deliver orders at a convenient time
My overall experience with Howdens Swanley was good and Kevin did a great job with the design. There were however, a few issues that tainted the experience ever so slightly. Firstly, getting the price sorted. We made some design changes, as you would expect, but I'd get given one price in store and then get emailed a totally different price. It complicated things and meant we were delayed placing the order. Delivery was curbside and my nearly 70 year old mother in law was expected to take it in. Fortunately the store resolved this quickly. The tap leaked and had to be replaced. Again sorted quite quickly and not the fault of Howdens really. Sink was missing cover plate so had to go and get this separately and it definitely does not match. Some soft close hinges were missing. The only other thing that was a shame was during the design i was advised there was a big enough gap between two cupboards for my chippie to knock up a wine rack but when he was fitting it, there was not enough room for this at all. I felt this was a bit poor but would have been a bonus anyway. The kitchen however, now looks stunning and I'm thrilled with it and the price they gave me was amazing. I would use them again.
My husband and I went to discuss our design plans that had been done for us but needed tweaking. The designer was at lunch so we were greeted by Keeley who was absolutely fantastic. She made the changes to the plans as well as providing some valid suggestions. We left the showroom feeling we had the kitchen of our dreams. Thank you so much.
Had a lovely experience at Howdens Swanley today. You can tell they are a solid team with great customer service skills. Unfortunately, I didn't note down the name of the gentleman who served me today but he was ever so patient and kind. He was informative and willing to answer any (stupid) questions I had. Overall, I would highly recommend coming to Howdens Swanley if you have any building/decorating projects coming up. Great team and great service!
Howdens at Swanley and especially Chloe were very helpful when I had a problem with my washer/dryer. Chloe was very polite, professional and prompt at sorting the problem for me and I was very impressed with her and the high level of customer service she provided.
Helpful staff, you can usually get what you want from stock. Prices can't be beaten especially if you take advantage of any deals that are on offer. Quality of goods as good as / better than competitors
