Been growing my beard for just over 8 month's, went in for a trim. Explained I didn't want a lot off just please don't ruin my beard! Guy went strait in with the shavers and ruined my beard, had to be saved by another guy who works there, he was very apologetic & has made a decent job.....if that's what i had wanted! But my beard is back to how it was after a couple of month's growing it! Absolutely devastated, there was no charge from the shop.
