   The other week, I accidentally spilled a big cup of coffee over my MacBook Air and frantically ran to the Apple Store to see what they could do. Not much, unfortunately. But they did direct me to We Fix Gadgets, who said they'd be able to get the laptop working in a matter of days. Not going to lie, I was skeptical. Not because I didn't trust they could do the job - but just based on the sheer amount of coffee that had been spilled. The price was more than reasonable to get it fixed, but they called me about a day later to say the damage was pretty bad, and they'd need to replace the screen as well as the motherboard. At this point I accepted defeat and decided to buy a new laptop. Stupidly, I hadn't backed up anything on my old computer, so at this point I just needed the guys to be able to retrieve the data so decided to skip the screen fix. When I came to pick up the laptop, they'd fixed the screen too as a gesture of kindness. While unfortunately it's glitched and isn't functional for every day use, the laptop turned on and I was able to transfer all the important files I needed onto my new laptop. Thanks again guys - absolute lifesavers!

   Con artists, went in to get my screen fixed as it has a crack (but still fully functional) £55 to get iPhone SE screen replaced. That wasn’t a problem happy to pay if they didn’t make my phone worse. 3 hours later I had lines appear down the right hand side of my phone which meant I could no longer use that section of my phone. Took it back and explained the issue, I was told to come back in 1 hour in which I did just to then be informed I need a new screen again and it would cost me £45 even with receipt couldn’t get my money back because “I must have dropped it” plenty of other places in Kingston to repair your phone stead clear of this place

   We fix gadgets was recommended to me by a friend. Really professional quick fix of a smashed camera lens on my iphone. Reasonable price to (cheaper than other repair centres in kingston). I will not go anywhere else now I’ve found these guys. Highly recommend!

   STAY AWAY AT ANY COST - I SPENT £140 AND NOW MY PHONE DOES NOT WORK . They were asked to change the casing of my Iphone as the glass was broken (but the phone was in full working order), they charged me £140 I have to come back 4 times, every time the casing was totally scratched or broken. Eventually I accepted the last one, but when I arrived home I noticed the battery health was down from 98% to 90% - the next day the battery was dead - and not recharging and the phone was flashing a message saying the battery had been replaced with a non-original battery - basically they changed my healthy battery for an old/damaged one. When I went back they asked more £40 - I refused and went to Apple - who confirmed that the messaged meant that they changed the battery. Also Apple refused to touch the phone as they casing they put had a dent too - which means that I spent £140 and cannot use my phone anymore. They refused to give my money back AND tried to avoid giving me a receipt. The last time I went back there was another customer asking their money back as they mis-sold him an IPOD claiming to be of a different generation. I am now going complain to Trading Standards and suggest anyone with a problem with this shop do the same - they-re dishonest and should be out of business.
