Being 88 years old it was exceptional service by Raj which was so appreciated. He had time and patience with me being an older lady.

Excellent customer service, I cant fault Treasures. After being short staffed meant the Walton store was closed on a Sunday when I had agreed to take my phone in for the screen to be repaired the remaining staff went over and above what I would expect. They came and collected the phone from my house, delivering it back once repaired! The repair is faultless, and at a very reasonable cost as well. Thank You!
Had my iPhone repaired here three times. Mo was always very helpful and did a good job.
Avoid at all costs. I got my phone repaired here ( only a cracked screen) quite a while ago and it was fine for 1-2 days until the phone stopped charging, the screen was not turning on and the phone was completely unresponsive after I took it back the guy (same one who fixed my phone previously) had told me he will look at it and I will be charged for it to be fixed again. We got into an argument as he was saying I had to pay more while that was happening a person outside the shop had told me they had used Treasures and there phone parts had been taken out of there phone and there phone had also previously been broken by the shop. Anyway i did not pay any extra and was left with a broken phone. I have heard from multiple people they take the parts out of your phone and swap for cheaper imported parts.
