   Hello, I live in Brentwood so am posting this message here even though I have no issue with the Robert Dyas Brentwood store, or any of the stores for that matter, all the people working in the UK stores have always been helpful to me. The 1 star is not related to UK stores whatsoever. I'm posting here as I would like maybe the manager of the Brentwood store to confirm if the hierarchy in Robert Dyas is aware of the appalling reviews on Trustpilot of your offshore customer services (it shoulds to me to be based in South Africa?). There are no UK based people to contact that I am aware of? I have fallen foul of having to deal with these people and joined the ranks of all the other sad stories on Trustpilot as I received damaged goods. I wont bore you with the sorry details here but as of now the customer services team are not even able to send emails to my address (in 2025!). Would be good to know someone is aware of the complaints? Shame that this part of the business is letting you all down. Thank you, Nicola

   Not very happy about the way a faulty product was handled and the lack of correspondence from the customer services department. We reported the faulty product on Dec 28th and I had to follow the process up on January 10th as I’d head no collection date from them. I expect to have to follow up my refund as they give me no confidence in the way they handle a faulty product that’s @3.5 months old. Let’s see what happens. —- Avoid purchasing anything from Dyas. Their customer service communication is awful and I had to follow up my refund again today. I’d sent the customer service department the DPD tracking as they couldn’t access it and the colleague said I’d be called back with an update. The call was @9.30, at 13.40 I’d heard nothing so I followed it up again. Seemed to take ages but finally heard my refund would be in my account within 7 working days… If I hadn’t called this morning I’d been none the wiser… Argos a far better option…

   I wanted to give a massive shout out to Lois who works at the Brentwood store - I wanted a certain kettle which matches my set , she had it transferred from another store to Brentwood, she called me once it was delivered so I could purchase it! I appreciate she was busy but she took the time to do this for me! Lois truly went above and beyond, she was so very polite & helpful! I’m very grateful and thankful! Many thanks and look forward to shopping here again soon!

   Great store - wonderful and friendly staff. just love being able to go into a SHOP for those items that you need dont need but want :) why not. also great gifts - great deals - my current addiction is Solar garden lights - amazing quality and by night they are just lovely - even with British weather they do the trick - cannot fault - please keep your shops Theo - x

   Was very happy to receive a text regarding prompt delivery to store, of Food Mixer Purchase I made on line. Although very sad to say Customer Service appears to be severely lacking regarding Front Line Staff at the till on Sat about 5pm. Lady was very rude & extremely unhelpful. Which was totally unnecessary. Lady could certainly do with Customer Training & Good old fashioned common respect towards customers.

   Love this shop but went in today and the poor young lad behind the till was trying his best to serve a que of people with the supervisor standing there with her arms folded doing nothing and just watching him.

   Staff really helpful. Had delivery issue and store manager delivered the item to my home. Above and beyond. So refreshing to see from a large retailer. Top marks Robert Dyas Brentwood!!! A++++
