Their booking system is absolutely shocking. Months ago I messaged about an appointment for my other half, and they told me they had no space for 1-2weeks, however when I walked past the next day, there were 2 barbers sat down without clients and there was a sign outside saying “walk ins welcome” but they never informed me of that. Then after months, my other half went in himself, and actually got a really good cut. So he went to go back today, booked an appointment through the app, and when he went in, got told to return within an hour or two as they hadn’t acknowledged his booking and had loads of walk ins… So if and when you’re actually able to get an appointment, they’re quite decent, just shocking customer service.
