I have not felt this comfortable having my haircut in years (and that's double figures) I am thinning on top which makes me feel anxious & embarrassed Gemma was completely understanding of my feelings & explained she offers a hair replacement system that gives you a full head of hair which I was extremely interested in I opted for a shampoo before my cut which was incredibly relaxing (you are fully laid flat) I think if we wouldn't have been chatting I would have drifted off Couldn't be happier with my haircut other than having the hair replacement system done, the atmosphere of the barbers is chilled out & the decor is cool A*****

The haircuts I have gotten here are, honestly, the best I have ever had! I cannot reccomend them enough! I have had three haircuts with them, each time Emily took the time to listen to what I wanted and my concerns, as well as to understand my hair and the way my 3a(ish) curls sit, move and form. I catch at myself in the mirror daily admiring the cut, and the way it sits - which is something I almost never did before! Also, on a side note, I'm someone who often feels really uncomfortable at a barbers, finding it a very anxiety inducing place, and I never get that here! For the first time in ages I've felt comfortable getting my hair cut! Thank you!
