    During the previous couple of weeks I've made three attempts to use the walk-in-service but it was always too busy. Hence, I made an appointment for today, Weds 27th April, 12.30. I arrived in good time but the place was locked up. I returned home and tried again at 1.15pm. Still no one at the shop. The Google Maps advert says it's open ... clearly it's not. Not great service. Edit ... tried the mobile number and no reply!
