   I was given a freestanding graft punching bag as a gift,that I actually really wanted, I unpacked it a year later, as I was moving house and needed to make room, it came with the wrong base wasn't sure if graft now would replace it because it had been at least a year, but to my surprise they said that they would replace it for the next day at no cost!!! and true to their word parcel force delivered the next afternoon, Excellent service, quality product, friendly staff, Brilliant company I would highly recommend, ps and they arranged collection for incorrect base at my convenience. I could not ask for more!!!

   Awful customer service. Free standing punch bag missing the vital supporting base. Nothing done to correct issue, just told my money isn't good enough. One guy pretending to be his manager writing an email in the third person. No missing base has been delivered so I have a useless piece of equipment, which was expensive and a luxury gift. Left disappointed and insulted that the missing base wasn't replaced but a courier sent to collect the item I am liable for until I receive a refund. Awful experience, take your money elsewhere, it isn't good enough for this business.

   I ordered a 6ft black and red freestanding punch bag the base come the following day. There was an issue with the delivery of the bag on the couriers side, graft now went above and beyond to ensure to I received the bag as soon as possible by sending a replacement before the original had be sent back to them the replacement was sent Friday I received the bag the next working day on Monday. The quality of the bag is brilliant I've had a few different bags over the years and this freestanding 1 seems durable I'm 6ft2 and 23 stone trying to find a bag that take all you can give it isn't easy so far so good with this one, I train muay thai and a couple of training partners/ friends are thinking of getting the same bag. Again can't fault graft now with the way they handled the issue with the courrier, the quality of their products and customer service has been brilliant. The punch bags are competitively priced and the quality is great thanks again! Asher.

   Ordered and delivered the next day. Set up was easy enough and all the parts are great quality. Minor issue with one of the screws but other than that its great to use for speed and reflex training. If you expect to hit this thing hard, you're looking at the wrong thing. the 2 bags and kick padding are sturdy enough for some swift punching and kicking but the inflated bags will not stand for hard punching. Few sessions in and its still standing so all good!

   Definitely recommend. Really good quality product. I ordered the freestanding boxing bag and you can tell it’s really good quality. It came after 2 days of ordering as I missed the cut off for next day delivery and it came really quickly. Definitely would recommend this product! Can’t fault it
