   Absolutely awful, as you can see from the photo my last finger is crooked and not straight at all, something which i don’t think should happen whatsoever. Not coming back to this place again, shocking.

   Had a few pedicures at this salon, always been happy. Maybe new management as didn’t recognise any of the staff today. Worst pedicure I’ve ever received , distracted with other staff and customers, even though wasn’t that busy, hardly even filed , had to ask twice to do things that were missed. Gel colour not even covering all of nail, won’t be going back . Not one for moaning but really disappointed

   This is the first time I have not been delighted with my nails. Previously when I had my nails taken off I received a general tidy up and left with my natural nails looking neat and tidy. This time after my nails were taken off I received just a quick file. I left with uneven natural nails and untreated cuticles. I was shocked by the poor service.

   First time getting my nails done here. I had BIAB on my natural nail and was pleased with the results. However after looking at them a bit more I feel like the edges around my cuticles are messy and not even, probably down to the fact the lady doing mine was rushing. I also don’t think the quality of them is worth £40! Surprised they cost that much considering I only have my natural nails. I also wasn’t impressed with the hygiene of the way they kept their equipment. There was no sign of them cleaning it between clients and the surfaces were also filthy. A lady next to me also fell off her chair and hit her head on the floor which I think indicates there is a lack of healthy and safety measures been assessed.

   just had my nails done... impeccable as always... Will not go anywhere else I always get exactly what I ask for and even though I have a manual job they never break away or chip! ... my 6 year old and her best friend had their nails painted today as a treat and they loved it... the 3 people who work there are lovely and the male owner is fabulous at doing the details! 10/10!

   My daughter, granddaughter & I all had our nails painted here on 23rd December & I’m sad to say that none of us were happy with the result. We just wanted our nails painted, which I know isn’t as financials lucrative as getting acrylic or gel nails but surely we should still get a good result. Within 24 hours all 3 of us had numerous nails that were chipped & on Xmas day mine were a bit embarrassing. Not sure that I’d go back, if I did it would be purely to give another chance for them to get it right.
