First time I have been today love my nails. Really nice people and place would definitely recommend. I will definitely go back
The nails were done very well and I really like the final result. The quality of the work is definitely high and the salon has great potential. However, I believe the salon should improve in terms of respect and customer service. Today, when I changed my mind about the nail colour, the lady who was doing my nails showed visible annoyance and made facial expressions that were unnecessary. This made me feel uncomfortable as a client. Changing your mind is a normal part of the service, and clients should feel relaxed and respected throughout the appointment. I hope the salon will take this as constructive feedback, because the nail work itself is truly very good.
Booked biab nails for £40. Got there and was told I needed acrylic. I didn't want acrylic... I wanted biab. After being pressured I was put acrylic on.. I don't like the style or the length. There was another lady who wanted biab besides me and she was pressured into having acrylic. Why.... Us you always get charged over the online price by £5 or more. You feel awkward when lots of people around questioning cost and choice of nails. I have been a valued customer from you opening in Eckington. Now I feel over charged and nails I don't want or like. I would like my nails redone to my original booking Biab as these acrylic look and feel like stick ones and don't like, that's why I never have acrylic.

Love my nails. Every single time they are different and look fabulous. Can't recommend highly enough.
The nails are nice, but there is no point booking an appointment because you end up being sat waiting because they don’t prioritise bookings and they just let the walk in customers sit down whenever. Every time I have booked an appointment I am sat waiting, one time I didn’t get seen until 45mins after my appointment time!
Really nice had a pedicure as well. Staffvery pleasant and quite busy.
