   This was the first time I've gone to a nail bar for a professional pedicure for my toenails and I was so impressed with both the professionalism of the staff and how relaxing and enjoyable the service was. My toenails looked short and really neat afterwards and the exfoliating foot scrubs and pampering treatments that followed the pedicure left the skin on my feet looking and feeling so much better. In fact, I can't wait to go back in January for my next one!

   I went here for a manicure and gel nail designs, but unfortunately my experience wasn’t the best. The stylist was a bit rough with my cuticles, and I ended up with a few small cuts that made the appointment uncomfortable. I also noticed he didn’t remove the nail strengthener I already had on before applying the gel polish, which left some darker spots showing through. As someone with social anxiety, speaking up in the moment was difficult for me, but I could tell the stylist noticed what was happening. The designs were done quite quickly and didn’t fully match the reference photo I showed, and the appointment overall felt a bit rushed. That said, the manager has since reached out to me directly to apologise and offered to make things right, which I really appreciate. While I personally don’t feel comfortable going back after my experience, I do appreciate their professionalism and effort to make amends.

   Will not go again. Very unprofessional. Rushed, rude. Owners child was running around so the male locked his child in the back room. Child was screaming and crying. It was very concerning. It felt like child abuse and was very uncomfortable having to listen to the child scream behind a locked door. At one point I asked if she was ok and he said yea and continued doing my nails. Very unsettling to hear a child cry while you are having your nails done. The man also filed my nails down before allowing my to say what I wanted - which was to keep the length. He fixed it with gel but its not the point. And lastly, when I went to pay, they only accept cash or bank transfer. I did bank transfer via my bank app and the lady told me not to select "this is a business". I basically did a transaction to a personal account. Which means they are probably not paying their taxes correctly, which is illegal. 100% would not go again.

   Nice place, clean, dose not smell chemicals as other nail saloons, I had pedicure and nails gel. Unfortunately you cannot pay by cards, staff are friendly and answered all my questions about different nail treatment. Good selection of nail gels colours. Will go back for more treatment.
