   THE WORST nail bar I've ever been to. They rushed so bad, I had extensions and gel polish and it took them 25 minutes from start to finish, they rushed it. The paint work was shocking. Very rude people as well.

   First time here and will not be going back. Manicured my nails using filing machine, my nails were hard and now all brittle, researched on Google to find out they are not supposed to be used on the natural nail, I had no gels on them. Very disappointing, now have to invest in nail strengthening treatment to fix them. This salon could not care less about your nails, and is quite damaging. They just want to get you in and out as quickly as they can. Will never be coming back here.if you are looking to pay for your nails to be absolutely trashed, then this is the place for you.

   Made my nails bleed they really hurt she didn’t even paint my tips my nails look ridiculous waste off money the man that did them was not gentle at all kept bending my fingers and hands and pulling them!

   First time having acrylics and I definitely won't be back. My nails were filed down so much they bled a lot at the time, and 5 days later they're still bleeding. None of the acrylic is actually anywhere near the edges of my nails or cuticles. The design I asked for (red to pink ombre) wasn't possible, or I wasn't understood despite showing a photo, but after sitting there for 2 hours while they just rushed as many clients in as possible. I had these done on Wednesday, today is Monday and one has chipped off. I get longer wear out of Primark £1 stick on nails. Unfortunately I was only visiting Mansfield and don't live locally, and came in on recommendations but I cannot endorse this at all. I now have to pay to get them removed and re-done for the event I wanted them for.

   I'm not usually the type to have my nails done but I treated myself for my wedding and I love how they came out. The salon was busy which I took as a good sign as loyal customers kept coming in. They had a huge amount of choice of colours and designs. I would highly recommend visiting this nail salon and will be visiting again from now on ☺️

   Extremely disappointed. First visits went well, past 2 acrylics infills were very poor quality. Nails were not at the same length and top coat not even. The man doing the acrylic was rude and not gentle at all. Service was not professional as they were rushing to get you out and only looking at how many customers they were doing rather than how many customer were happy about the service.
