   Response to owner: Thanks for your response, but several claims are simply untrue. The screen had a minor crack but worked flawlessly for over two years. It stopped working immediately after your battery replacement. Samsung confirmed the damage was caused by excessive heat during your repair. You did not offer a £50 goodwill discount, we asked, and you refused. We even offered to return the battery for a refund, which you also declined. It’s also worth noting that within hours of my review, multiple 5-star reviews appeared from newly created accounts. That pattern is telling. I stand by my original review. The lack of accountability and professionalism was disappointing, and I hope future customers take all reviews into account. --------------------------------------------------------- Original Review: I rarely leave negative reviews, but my experience with this phone repair shop was so appalling that I feel compelled to warn others. I came in for a simple battery replacement, expecting professionalism and care. Instead, within three hours, my phone completely shut down. When I returned, the technician blamed my screen, a baffling excuse considering the phone was working perfectly before their intervention. Worse still, I visited three separate repair shops afterward, all of whom confirmed the damage was clearly caused during the battery replacement. Despite this, the original technician refused to take responsibility, denied any wrongdoing, and flat-out refused to refund or repair the damage. To add insult to injury, he told me he no longer “trusted” me simply because I sought second opinions. That’s not just unprofessional, it’s arrogant and evasive. This was a deeply disappointing and frankly sad experience, especially since this shop came highly recommended. I expected integrity and accountability. Instead, I got deflection, denial, and disrespect. If you value your device and your peace of mind, stay far away from this place.

   If there was an option for zero stars I would have picked it! Within hours of this store replacing our phone battery, the screen completely failed after working perfectly for years. We were never warned that repairs could risk damaging other parts, and they never once apologised or took any accountability. They interrupted us mid-sentence and talked over us to eachother and to other customers, denied all responsibility, refused a refund, and we even overheard another customer complaining about a faulty item they bought here, only to be told the warranty was just a couple of days and it was “not their problem.” And to make things worse, they are lying on their response to my partner’s bad review! Avoid at all costs!!!

   Dr gadget done a brilliant job fixing my charger port. Else where had fabricated other issues with the phone and wanted to charge considerably more. Very happy with the service.
